WIN (What I Need) Reading Intervention for Grades TK-5

WIN Time is a 30-minute period on Monday-Friday embedded in the Master Schedule for students to receive targeted reading intervention/enrichment.  WIN Time acknowledges that students require individualized instruction based on their specific needs.  During WIN Time, all students will receive targeted, skills-based reading instruction. All students will be receiving the support and/or enrichment needed to help them become successful readers, not only during core instructional time but also during WIN Time. WIN Time provides students with small group instruction and targets specific skill area(s) that are required to become proficient readers and writers.
